Currently I see people via an online counseling platform.

how much does it cost?

I offer an initial 15-minute session at no charge. This gives us an opportunity to meet and get a sense of our fit together for the work you want to do.

I am in-network with Regence, Premera, and Evernorth. I also work with private-pay clients. My session fee is $150 for a 50-minute meeting.

If you are paying out-of-pocket, I can prepare a super-bill as an out-of-network provider for you to submit to your insurance company.

I maintain some sliding-fee spots. Feel free to discuss with me when we meet.

I take payment via my private Venmo account.

what license, certification, and education do you have?

I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor
(LH 61485510), and also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I’ve been seeing people in private practice since 2019.

I earned a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation and Counselor Education from The University of Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!), and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Seattle University.
